Servant Life partners with ministry leaders in Egypt with a heart to reach the next generation for Jesus Christ in every nation. Egypt has long been a crossroads of civilization and faith—home to some of the earliest Christian communities in the world. Yet today, many people there have little access to the gospel or to active local churches that can meet both spiritual and physical needs.

Egypt’s Christian minority often faces social and economic challenges. Mission teams can come alongside Egyptian believers to strengthen and encourage them—through discipleship, prayer, training, and acts of service—helping them reach their own communities more effectively.

A trip to Egypt gives participants a firsthand look at how the gospel moves in a predominantly Muslim culture. It challenges assumptions, deepens compassion, and strengthens personal faith as team members see how God is at work across cultures.

What will my team be doing?

Short-term ministry teams will have rich cultural experiences, foster spiritual growth, and participate in community service projects in both Cairo and Minya. The itinerary includes iconic cultural visits, engagement with local youth, participation in outreach events, and involvement in a youth conference focused on worship and "The First Priority Global" strategy.

The primary objectives of the short-term mission trip are to:

  • Facilitate Cultural Exchange: Provide participants with an immersive experience of Egyptian culture, particularly within Christian communities.

  • Promote Spiritual Growth: Offer opportunities for prayer, worship, and participation in youth events. Contribute to local evangelistic efforts and significant youth events.

  • Engage in Community Service: Enable the team to contribute to local communities through practical aid and support for underprivileged areas.

  • Foster Youth Connections: Create platforms for interaction and cultural exchange

What does a general weekly schedule look like?
