Servant Life mobilizes groups on gospel-centered, Christ-focused, short-term mission trips designed to support the strategic, long-term ministry of missionaries and churches around the world.

Since its inception in 1999, Servant Life has been a mission-mobilizing ministry providing short-term mission trips for church and school groups. Our aim is to connect people's love for God to the nations through His Word and by His Spirit. Servant Life sends short-term mission teams to a global network of partners both domestically and internationally.

In the time leading up to Servant Life's first mission trips, it had become clear to a group of leaders that there was a great need in American youth ministry. Many students were growing in their faith and experiencing true life-change through local churches and ministry events like camps and conferences and were looking to be part of something more— part of a movement that began 2000 years ago when our Savior ascended into heaven, promised His return, and sent us out to the ends of the earth.

Jesus said to his disciples, “It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by his own authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”  Acts 1:7-8

Students were catching the vision seen throughout scripture to live out the gospel by fulfilling the Great Commission (Mt. 28:18-20). They weren’t buying into the lie of our American culture that pastors or adults are the only ones called to go and make disciples. They wanted to serve the nations but had limited avenues to do so. It was from this need that Servant Life originated.

Servant Life began its first partnership with Radooga in Kiev, Ukraine in 1999.  The network of global partners grew as the organization matured and more students began to go on trips. Now, Servant Life's network consists of short-term mission trips all around the world. Servant Life seeks to serve churches, schools, and missionaries all around the world as they make disciples of all nations and now mobilizes student, college, and adult short-term mission teams. Servant Life believes in strategic partnerships and currently works closely with YM360, GENERATE Camps, Fund the Nations, and other like-minded ministries in order to have a more far-reaching global impact.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:19-20

Servant Life is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
