Your $250 deposit is required upon registration. These become non-transferable after January 31, 2009 or when airline tickets are purchased, whichever occurs first.

You will receive your forms via email in 1-2 business days. Servant Life requires that all forms be completed and turned into the Servant Life office within 30 days of registration.
