    • Our travel agent at Servant Life has humanitarian contracts with major airlines, which, in addition to allowing us to get better rates, often allows for special perks like free checked bags. You will also have the reassurance of having a dedicated travel agent on standby in the event of any travel-related issues before or during your trip. While travel agents can never guarantee a certain price, we are committed to finding the best price possible for your group!

    • International traveler's insurance will protect you in the event that something happens to you while you are out of the country, since your personal coverage is likely only effective while here in the U.S. This policy has a $100 deductible and covers up to $500,000. If you have participants on your team older than 50, there may be a small additional fee to cover increased insurance costs for those travelers (generally $25 per person over 50). If you have specific requests for your insurance, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate them.

    • Our mission trip devotionals feature an interactive, four-week journal meant to cover the time before, during, and after your trip. You can see an example of one of these journals here on our store.

    • Get fully customized t-shirts based on your preferences of color, design, etc. You can include a logo, a Bible verse, a design that represents your trip, your church name, or whatever you want!

    • Training material is available in PDF format, so you can download and distribute to your team. This content is intended to be spread across four different pre-trip training sessions covering topics like "Why do we engage in missions?", "How to share your faith," "Culture shock," etc., including a separate session for debrief once you return home.
